Nongshim America, Inc. is seeking a permanent, full-time Marketing Manager for the
current location of the company at 12155 6th Street, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730.
The specific duties of the Marketing Manager include the following:

1. Design, implement, and facilitate annual marketing plan. Support and facilitate
development and implementation of business/marketing plans for those products.

2. Plan and administer the company’s marketing operations budget for products;
support development of the marketing budgets.

3. Organize and implement customer relations including customer satisfaction
surveys, customer development activities and training skills for customer meeting.

4. Develop and administer marketing database which includes customer and
prospect information, mailing list applications, access to financial reports, etc.

5. Oversee the company’s electronic marketing efforts including supervision of
website design and maintenance.

6. Direct education of marketing team regarding new and on-going marketing
activities to aid in developing customers.

7. Track progress to marketing plans and schedules, directing to provide timely and
detailed feedback on potential issues, schedule slips, and deviations to marketing plans
and receiving reports periodically from the marketing personnel on marketing
development activities.

8. Direct and maintain the support of development of marketing training
requirements and ensure the relevant personnel are appropriately trained.

9. Direct collecting data about competitors and analyze their prices, sales and
strategies of marketing.

10. Performs other marketing duties as required.
