Nongshim America, Inc. is seeking a permanent, full-time Market Research Analyst for the current location of the company at 12155 6th Street, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730.
The specific duties of the Marketing Manager include the following:
- Identify and define the objective of an assigned market research project; determine the best methods to use to meet those objectives.
- Collect data on consumers, competitors and market place and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations.
- Draft questionnaires, surveys, and other data collection resources.
- Devise and design qualitative and quantitative custom market research projects; perform qualitative and quantitative analyses to identify opportunities for product expansion.
- Apply statistical techniques to interpret data and produce substantiated recommendations.
- Identify potential new products or markets through research.
- Forecast and track industry marketing and sales trends based on collected data.
- Work cross-functionally to build relevant primary research collection tools for customers; work with the teams to devise future commercial strategies based upon findings.
- Advise management on new innovations in the area of market research, and create new ways to meet the needs of a changing marketplace.
- Use online market research and catalogue findings to databases.
- Compile data related to competitors’ products such as pricing, sales, and marketing or distribution methodology.
- Proactively share and present market research reports and data analysis throughout the company.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Minimum qualifications include a Master’s in market research, business administration, business analytics, statistics, economics, marketing or related, or a Bachelor’s in any major plus 5 years of full-time post-baccalaureate experience in marketing, analyst for business or data, market research, or related. Salary is $89,500 per year.

The first track is as a technical consultant. The second track has lead level responsibilities for instructing, directing, and monitoring the work of staff. These tracks can lead to supervisory responsibilities. Requires knowledge and extensive experience in computer systems analysis. Supervisory levels also require leadership experience in the function.
