Tofu Ramen

The taste gently melted in your mouth. Everybody loves soft tofu! Here is a combination of soft tofu and chewy noodle stripes.


Ingredient


100g (1/2 of package) of tofu
8 clams
1 package of ramen noodles
1 tsp of soybean paste
1 tsp of chili paste
1/4 of onion
1 Tbsp of minced garlic
1/4 green onion
3 button mushrooms
1 egg
1 tsp of chili oil

Recipe


  1. Clean and prepare the clams.

2. Add the clams to the boiling water (4 cups). When the clams are opened, add the chili paste and soybean paste.

3. Chop the tofu into big chunks, and add them to the soup.

4. In boiling soup, add a little salt or seasoning powder to taste.

5. In boiling soup, add a little salt or seasoning powder to taste.

6. Complete by adding the egg and green onions.
