1 package Spicy Zhawang ramen
1 chicken breast, cooked and shredded
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon gochujang
1 tablespoon soy sauce
½ tablespoon sesame oil
1 clove garlic, minced
Cucumber, sliced, to garnish
Cilantro, chopped, to garnish
Red cabbage, shredded, to garnish

Cook noodles according to package directions. Strain and place in a silicone muffin mold. Put in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, whisk gochujang, water, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, soup base and seasoned oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer and fold in chicken. Set aside.
Grease a pan and place over medium high heat. Remove muffin mold from fridge and place noodle patties on hot pan. Sear both sides until slightly brown.
Assemble sliders with chicken mixture and garnish with cucumber, cilantro and red cabbage. Serve immediately.
