2 packages Shin Ramyun noodles
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 lb ground beef
1/2 yellow onion, diced
1 packet Shin Ramyun vegetable mix
1 packet Shin Ramyun soup base
24 oz marinara sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
3 oz sliced pepperoni
1. Cook the ramen according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and add the onion. Cook until

marinara sauce and cook 1-2 minutes more.
4. In a greased 13x9 inch baking dish, layer the noodles, beef mixture, cheese and
pepperoni. Repeat layers.
5. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
